As the Operations Director, I am responsible for multiple areas. Under my leadership there is HR, Facilities, IT, Adoptions, Clinic and Cat Care. I am responsible for maintaining a healthy flow of intakes and outcomes of our cat population. I work directly with the Executive Director and Finance Director on budgeting, shelter policies and statistics. I mentor the current managers when issues arise with either operations or personnel.
