As the Operations Director, I am responsible for multiple areas. Under my leadership there is HR, Facilities, IT, Adoptions, Clinic and Cat Care. I am responsible for maintaining a healthy flow of intakes and outcomes of our cat population. I work directly with the Executive Director and Finance Director on budgeting, shelter policies and statistics. I mentor the current managers when issues arise with either operations or personnel.

Title changed but role stayed relatively the same as previous position. Was given more authority over annually budgeting. This role consisted of overseeing IT, HR and Facilities. Developed HR policies and protocols when there were few in place. Managed facility volunteers. Maintained relationships with multiple vendors. Mentored managers in regards to personnel issues. Created culture based interview process. Was catalyst for changing the culture of the organization.

Managed staff and the daily operations of the shelter clinic. Was responsible for cat health, triaging critical patients, working directly with multiple veterinarians regarding diagnosis and treatment plans, staff scheduling and personnel issues, ordering inventory and supply and updating clinic protocols.

This role was primarily a data entry position. It was my responsibility to ensure all medical information was keyed in and attached to each cats' records. When there was time, I also assisted the Foster Manager and the Executive Director with administrative support.

In this position I was responsible for the daily care and cleaning of the cat rooms, alerting clinic staff of any changes in cat health, giving shelter tours, assisting with match making and adoptions, inventorying donations and putting them away.
