Carol is the epitome of service! I've enjoyed the benefit of attending one of her sessions at NIGP's Annual Forum and it was one of the best I've ever attended! She breathes such tremendous life into the event that you have no choice but to enjoy yourself, all while learning a thing or two! Thanks for all you do Carol!!

Carol and I worked in the same position at the Hurstbourne Hotel & Conference Center. I found Carol to be a great team player and always a role model to others. Even though it was many years ago, we have kept in touch and our paths have crossed randomly, as she works in the Association world and I am with a Convention & Visitors Bureau. I can truly say Carol is an amazing woman and I am honored to call her a friend and colleague.
