  As an Educational Coordinator, I co-led a school of 170 students from K-Transition. I assured ISBE compliance in all matters, hired, trained, and supervised a teaching team of 17 teachers, collaborated with coordinators in other disciplines (support staff, clinical, expressive therapy) as well as consistently communicated with upper management and SEAL owners about issues that arose. As I led during the pandemic, I made sure students, teachers, and all other staff and community stakeholders were apprised of changes and were given the knowledge and materials to move forward. I assisted teachers and clinicians with IEP paperwork, including guidance on several district online programs, and led IEP meetings.
