  based at Salford Quays Helping people to engage in some form of activity whilst living with a health condition whether it be a short term or a long term one. I work in close connection to the Cardiac, Pulmonary Rehab teams and also deal with clients with cancer and diabetes. Our Aim is to get people active to help reduce their symptoms and hopefully give them a better quality of life and a longer one.
