Oversee the development and planning, and participated in the training programs for personal care and other related staff as requested. Participate in the selection and hiring of staff. Communicating with doctors and nurses regarding status changes and updates and implementing changes. Liaison for out side agencies with residents and their families Complete monthly audits of medications over see monthly medication delivery. Maintain current written records on residents. Responsible for QA/QI Maintain logbooks, information, lists as needed for essential operations of Heritage. Maintain full compliance with all government laws and regulations regarding the delivery of the resident care. Delegate authority, responsibility and accountability to other responsible department personnel. Direct and establish quality control and compliance with local, state, OSHA, EOEA standards and regulation. Work with other managers in planning and organizing events for the residents, staff and community. Investigate and monitor work related injuries. Prepare clear, concise and thoroughly researched reports. Consistently reviews all opportunities to generate and enhance ancillary revenue. Set up lab tests and over see transportation for residents appointments.
