  Developed the Family Navigation program for California Children Services Alameda County. Supervise two additional Family Navigators. Navigators assist families whose children have complex medical conditions in accessing medical care, entitlement systems, and financial supports, and help them overcome other barriers they have in getting their children the care they need. Our philosophy is to teach families how to become advocates for their children by modeling and coaching them through the systems they encounter, not doing it for them.
