Carol has been my colleague at DHC for 2 years. In the two years that i have known Carol she has continually shown she possesses strong analaytical/troubleshooting skills, team loyalty, and most importantly punctuality. Carol possesses the ability to adapt to the ever-changing business circumstances of the Hospitality industry which is a rare find when dealing with the type of platforms that our Hotels possess. In our department and industry, we find new things daily that take us out of our comfort zone for support. Carol will be one of the first to jump in and take the lead. I have always seen Carol give 110% to her DHC IT team and her family. She is a true asset to our IT department and would be to any IT department regardless of the industry.
