There have been a few people that have impacted my career, and Carol was one of them. I was fortunate to work for Carol right out of college when she gave me my fist recruiting position. She took me under her wing and taught me some very important career lessons. She also taught me to not dwell on mistakes. Rather, she said to use them as teachable moments and move on.
