As part of the Senior Leadership team for New Zealand I was responsible for the SMB and Corporate business where I led an amazing team of eleven direct reports in New Zealand and extended Sales and Technical team based in our Digital Sales team in Australia. Team SMC is a high performing team, representing a large portion of the overall Subsidiary revenue. My number one goal was to support my team in being the best they can be through coaching. I was responsible for revenue, consumption, marketing, and market share across our Microsoft Clouds. In addition, I worked closely with our Asia Pacific team on developing the Coaching Culture across APAC including creating and delivering workshops and facilitating Senior Executive development days. I am passionate about driving inclusive cultures where everyone feels comfortable to show up as their authentic self. I spend a lot of time working with the extended teams across the business on development plans, resilience, executive presence, influencing with impact and helping them to discover their full potential.
