Contribute to the planning and development of services and facilities for the City of Blacktown including community facility planning for the City and in particular the North West Growth Centres.Key achievements include delivery of Blacktown City Social Profile 2016, the first Blacktown City Reconciliation Action Plan as well as managing a portfolio of some $32 million of community buildings through design and delivery for the Council.
