Carol A. Jegou is the Chairman, CEO and the majority owner. As Co-Founder, Director, Shareholder of All Green Recycling Inc., Carol Jegou has taken the company from an idea to a 2 location ELECTRONIC RECYCLING and ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY Company. She has decades of experience in relational marketing. Ms. Jegou is responsible for overseeing investments, key national accounts, entry into new markets and new industry developments. She also is instrumental in implementing notable strategic partnerships. Her passion is interacting with the Charlotte, NJ and National footprints for the company. She represents All Green Recycling in charitable efforts, civic and professional events. Ms. Jegou was the key driver to become the first and only certified B Corp in Charlotte, NC. This worldwide 3rd party certification establishes All Green Recycling to be part of only 2000 companies globally to have this distinguished honor. B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit BLab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Through Carol’s endeavors All Green Recycling has created a not for profit, the AGR Foundation 501(C) 3 which trains and hires individuals with barriers to employment in the Electronic Recycling Industry. Ms. Jegou is on the Wipe Out Waste Advisory Panel in Mecklenburg County and has been a judge of the yearly event. In 2015 All Green Recycling Inc. was the recipient of the highest award.
