  Diving into the real estate movement in the heat of short sales and foreclosures, it was learning on the job. I have successfully closed every short sale deal that I have represented the seller and have done many buyer short sale deals, though, that is the easy side. Just the waiting is hard for the buyers. I dedicate myself fully to each party I represent, buyer or seller, and work hard to see that I am satisfying their needs and concerns.
