To train users in the use of ZenCharts™ , the charting system designed for mental health and substance abuse wellness and treatment centers. Training includes learning to logon to ZenCharts™ , how to add new users, set user roles and permissions, admission of clients, recording of demographic information, insurance policies, emergency contact, medical history and current medications, assignment of case managers and individual therapists, recording level of care, assignment of beds, group scheduling, tracking billable services, discharging clients, how to use the Wiley treatment planner, recording notes from individual and group sessions, and how to run a census report. To answer user's questions, teach them how to access support and the ZenCharts™ knowledge base. To record and follow up on any problems encountered during the implementation to ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. To report suggestions from the users on how to improve ZenCharts™ by adding functionality and/or ways to simplify tasks. In other word helping users: Make Peace with Paperwork™
