It is rare to come across creative talent like Carmen’s. I had the pleasure of working with Carmen for almost two and a half years at the Adrienne Arsht Center. I was particularly impressed with Carmen’s keen attention to detail while never losing sight of the big picture. As someone who thinks out-of-the-box and is passionate about what she does, she will greatly exceed your expectations. Carmen is a rare find, and I highly recommend her as an excellent addition to any organization.

Carmen is one of those people whose warmth is completely infectious - a trait that helped Carmen successfully navigate challenging projects with limited resources and tight timelines. During her time a the Arsht Center, I saw her blossom from a passionate intern into a marketing professional. She is eager, organized, dedicated, curious and creative. She will absolutely be an asset wherever she lands next in her career.
