She came to our department and immediately began to add value through her solid knowledge of sound instructional design, strong process documentation, project management skills, agility, and high business acumen. Upon hire, she was immediately assigned to a project that required rapid development of learning content for a new line of business. She excelled at creating meaningful, self-directed content for our learners to consume as they transitioned from their former roles to the new. She also developed creative role-play scenarios that added significant value to the synchronous VILT sessions.
