As a Learner Services Advisor my role is to provide a high quality information, advice and guidance service to Derby College students from the beginning to the end of their learner journey and deliver an outstanding student services experience ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all stages. I am able to demonstrate flexibility to enable me to support the delivery of pre entry information and advice at events both on and off college sites.
