  Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with senior management in supporting student workers, staff, and faculty at CTU. Carried out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance evaluations, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. Organized and implemented a new payroll system with a complex system of bi-weekly, monthly, and special payroll settings. Implemented new staffing, recruiting, and hiring manual. Managed appointments, calendars, and scheduling for the Vice President, monitored telephone calls and visitors, and organized meetings of committees chaired by the Vice President, as well as other meetings as needed.
