Carmen has been my favorite HR manager to work with by far , I only sympathize her because whenever I have a question about something and don't know who to go to to ask about something being it benefits, employee relations , or how to fill out a tie card Carmen has been my Go-To by default . Always pleasant and upbeat it's always awesome seeing her walk through the office and hearing the rings of " Hi Carmen " or " Hey Carmen" as she walks pasts all the desks and offices in the building . No matter how severe or light the issues I have encountered while working with Carmen she's always been very supportive and open and while I've always heard that HR is their for the protection of the company I know as an employee and individual I've always felt like Carmen valued both mine and the opinions of all my friends and coworkers as well . It's been a tremendous pleasure working with Carmen for these more than 2 years and I feel like she's a tremendous asset at EVOX which we wouldn't know how to replace if we even wanted to try ( and no one here wants to try ) . She'd be a value member for any company and is well versed and experienced to handle a number of HR disputes , situations, and inquiries. We appreciate you Carmen !
