I have had the pleasure to witness over the years, Carmen's professional growth to a top Manager today. I am very confident to say that she is one of the most dedicated, details focused and hardworking young lady I ever met in this Club Management profession. By her constant joyful attitude and exceptional communication skills she gives everyone around her that special feeling of being listen, attended to and important. She is now a remarkable asset to any organization, and if the opportunity comes around, I will hire her in my company.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Carmen for the past five years in her role as Club Operations Manager at the FCC. During this period, Carmen has always been highly professional, engaged with the membership and fully in tune with her team. She’s done an exceptional job in her role at FCC. I have also worked closely with Carmen in her various roles with our Club Managers’ Association. When we needed a Chair for our 2022 Conference just a few months before the start of the Conference, Carmen stepped up and took on the role. Her leadership and determination to create a successful event were clear for all to see. Our Conference was one of our most successful events we have staged. Carmen has a real drive for excellence. It’s been a pleasure to know her and work with her in our Association.
