Working with Carly was truly one of the best experiences of my career. Not only is Carly a wonderful human, she is absolutely brilliant. As a colleague, she's endlessly reliable, strategic and thoughtful. She's idea-driven yet can execute tasks with excruciating detail as well. In her work, Carly excels as a writer, presenter, thought partner, program designer and strategic planner. She keeps an eye on the bigger picture, effortlessly connecting the dots to initiatives that may influence her work. And she's great at proactively connecting the dots for others. She exemplifies true thought leadership regularly and she does not shy away from asking the tough questions – the ones that drive real progress and change. I can only hope I get the opportunity to work with Carly again - everyone would be so lucky!

I lead The Allstate Foundation’s Nonprofit Leadership Center, in partnership with Northwestern Kellogg School’s Center for Nonprofit Management, to offer leadership and skill development - from on-demand courses to executive leadership programs – all at no cost to over 7,500 nonprofit professionals per year. I also lead Allstate and The Allstate Foundation’s skills-based volunteerism and nonprofit board programs, which activate the skills and expertise of employees and agents to advance our signature issues of youth empowerment, relationship abuse and racial equity.
