Nov 2010 - Nov 2012
As Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) I was instrumental in the development of the Parish Council, joining 6 months after its establishment. As the only employed Officer in the Council I was responsible for all the management including projects, events, meetings and administration. As RFO the finances of the Council were my sole responsibility. Each financial year I produced a budget which was agreed by the Council. I tracked spending and produced financial statements for audit purposes. I created and maintained the council website and regularly communicated with a variety of stakeholders.
