Wrote about a variety of topics for multiple websites run by Lombardi Publishing. Duties included selecting a minimum of five topics for each site as well as identifying keywords that may be useful for optimizing online hits. A 500 word piece would then be written on each topic, including relevant keywords. Two - three 1000 word articles were also completed daily, along with recaps and summary pieces that were to be posted on the weekend. Finally, as a member of the Lombardi team, I also bolstered their social media presence by creating and running a Twitter account specific to Bel Marra Health, ensuring it was active at all hours and contained links that would lead to our site. Worked as a Call Centre Representative part-time while studying at Carleton University. As a member of the EKOS team, my role was to engage the public and aid in the completion of over the phone surveys on a variety of topics. This included contacting individuals both in our research pool as well as using cold calling techniques in order to obtain objective data for each client.
