  I run a successful Us Girls project in the South Glos area. Over the last year I have worked with over 100 girls engaging them into fun fitness sessions. I have a core group of 20 girls I see each week who now take part in regular exercise. I have arranged events for them to do as a group such as the Race for Life, glow workouts and the engage festival. The Scheme is to engage with the local community and get them moving more by giving them the opportunity to take part in sport sessions. I manage 7 coaches for SOTO who delivery PE and sport sessions within primary schools.
