Accelerated the use of technology in all district classrooms by developing an ISTE implementation plan, developing and facilitating meaningful professional development, and including all stakeholders in the implementation process. Plan innovative, purposeful, differentiated, and gamified, professional development for teachers and staff that is designed to meet district and individual goals. Model the integration of technology for teachers and support the use of technology as a tool to engage all learners. Plan annual district professional development map.
