I have engaged Carly from Fresh Thinking on a number of occasions and she consistently delivers beyond expectations. With a global workforce, she understands how to engage across regions and think about different ways of facilitation. Carly designed a series of employee workshops to engage in the development of our organisational Values. She facilitated them in Australia and upskilled members of the HR team to run them in other locations. She then brought together the wide variety of inputs from the various workshops, identified ways to build consensus and helped to guide us to a set of Values that has resonated with employees. Likewise she kept the HR team on track and focussed in the design of our new HRIS solution. These workshops were 4 hours in duration at a time when all global members could participate – a recipe for disaster without the strong facilitation and guidance from Carly in keeping the team focused and engaged on the outcome. Carly also assisted us with our change and engagement strategies for our recent relocation to new purpose-built facilities. I would highly recommend Carly as a seasoned and effective facilitator who can help your organisation drive effective change and engagement.

Myself and the team at Weave Youth and Community Services have had the honour and privilege of working closely with Carly Lloyd on a number of key initiatives over the past 5 years. Carly has a unique combination of skills, attributes and experience that make it an engaging, inclusive, creative and exciting process for all involved. Through our long term, trusted relationship she has built a strong knowledge of Weave and who we are, how we operate and why we exist. This relationship and knowledge, combined with her incredible skills, intelligence, and creativity allow us to think differently and develop strategies and plans that fit perfectly! Carly is also highly efficient, organised and diligent, and the generous follow up and support she provides throughout any project she is facilitating are invaluable. Both process and outcomes have been outstanding in all of our experiences with Carly and I cannot recommend her highly enough for her for any project where creative and innovative thinking are called for.
