  In this capacity, I design curriculum for year-long courses to meet desire objectives and enhance performance of the students. I establish healthy relationships with parents by conducting counseling sessions and coordinating with them on regular basis to inform student progress. I cultivate students’ interest in education and learning by overseeing learning processes and coordinating with administration and other instructors to suggest and implement improvement procedures. I perform wide range of duties in athletics as a girls varsity lacrosse coach, such as leading and facilitating robust school wide program for over 90 players, scheduling over 40 lacrosse games, and overseeing registration process by coordinating and communicating with players, parents, and school administration. Following are some of the highlights of the value I brought to PARISH EPISCOPAL SCHOOL: ☛ Administered broad range of extra-curricular activities, such as planning and chaperoning trips and coordinating with contracted companies and families. ☛ Efficiently promoted institute’s statement of mission and philosophy. ☛ Administered various task, including communicating with the various constituents’ groups, planning practice, programming social events, ordering of gear, hiring coaches, and managing a budget.   In this capacity, I planned and developed annual curriculum for students of all classes by utilizing in-depth knowledge of teaching best practices and educational processes. I prepared and delivered lessons of geography, speech, and debate to students. I designed new geography curriculum into social studies department to increase learning and performance of the students. I executed various duties in athletics, such as starting and leading a lacrosse team as a Girls varsity lacrosse coach to enhance performance of team.
