  I am a Wedding Coordinator Assistant at The Sanctuary on Penn located in Downtown Indianapolis. I work with couples/clients who are looking to have their wedding at our location, and help with questions, bookings, tours, and planning! I also help run the wedding days to make it as smooth as possible. I perform office tasks such as customer service where I answer calls and emails, ordering office supplies and supplies for wedding days, and making sure our venue space looks presentable for clients who visit.
