  As a morning bartender I would set up the bar and make sure all of the girls scheduled to work that day were there. Once the bar was set up I would inspect the rest of the restaurant, if there was not another MOD. After we opened for the day I would make drinks, take orders, and entertain guests. Along with running food if I was slow and taking the girls check outs when they were finished with their shifts. At the end of my shifts I would balance my drawer, figure out tip pool and write a shift email. Show less

  I worked as an event coordinator during the summer last year so that the event managers could take vacations. I would come in and check voice mail and emails at the start of each shift. Than after the appropriate response was sent I would log on to Ewebmin and check the events for that day. I would double check that the kitchen had the food orders in and that signs were made. As well as brief the staff about the event they were taking care of. I would then double check the signs and food for the following day. Intermitting between calls and emails. Show less
