I had the pleasure of working directly with Carl and helping train him when he joined Planar as an Applications Engineer for the SoCal market. He is a very quick learner, a great teammate, and is always looking the help out customers and coworkers alike. Carl has a passion for learning, both the technology and the business. His calming presence is critical in challenging situations, and he always takes care to listen and provide excellent service. His ability to problem solve and troubleshoot is exceptional. I only wish i could have worked closer with Carl for longer, but our VP/XR Team gained a great resource when he received his well deserved promotion.

Carl has been successful in every role he's taken within Planar. I've collaborated with Carl on some of the custom projects that he's been involved with in the past, and he's always been attentive and helpful towards the project issues that need to be addressed to move the project forward. Not only is Carl very knowledgeable and approachable, but he's also more than willing to put the time into learning new skills for his role, whether it be software or the knowledge base to better support cutting edge technology within the industry.
