Simply put Carl is one of the best managers I've ever worked under. While reporting to him at Microsoft he was a massive support and I put most, if not all of the success I had while on the account down to his leadership. Carl was not only an excellent leader but is a very talented sourcer and regularly put together training sessions and provided guidance on topics such as creative sourcing, forecasting and tooling tutorials to name a few. I learned so much from Carl and can't thank him enough for all he did for me whilst I had the pleasure of working with him, any organisation he works for will be lucky to have him.
