Xacom is a principal sub-contractor to Motorola, the Prime System Integrator in a project sponsored by the South Australian Government. As the Technical Writer my responsibilities were to reformat legacy project documentation and develop new documentation to government standards. This involved working closely with the Xacom CEO, Lead Software Engineer, Project Manager and other SMEs in the production of software and hardware test plans, all within tight time-frames. Towards the end of my contract, and after delivering the required documentation, my tasking was shifted to the development of templates and the writing of procedures to document the production of hardware for the Production Department.
