Carlos is a compassionate software engineer who constantly strives to fully understand users' perspectives. He has developed a migration tool between the DenoGres and the PostgreSQL database schemas. Carlos has carefully contemplated on the design choice of the migration functionalities (e.g. schema savepoints) for the best user experience. I was very amazed to see the extensive list of design choices Carlos considered as well as his well-thought-out reasoning to the final decision. Carlos has made great contributions to DenoGres. I am looking forward to seeing his future accomplishments.

Carlos is a highly capable engineer and a great teammate. During our time working together on the open source ORM DenoGres, Carlos leveraged his expertise in TypeScript by building out the entire data migration functionality. Not only did Carlos deftly translate user requirements into code, he also made sure that his featured integrated seamlessly into the application. In addition, Carlos took the lead on sprint planning, and he was instrumental in keeping the entire team on track for product launch. It has been a pleasure working with Carlos, and I'm sure he will be a great contributor on any team!
