Lorenzo Brown

For the two years I worked with Carlos, he never ceased to amaze and inspire me with his multi-faceted ability to lead our team. Not only was he meticulous and well-organized, but he always had a thirst to make things better, fueling the fire for personal enrichment, positive team dynamic, and competitive engineering strategies within the company. Although Carlos is an excellent director, he never stopped being an engineer at heart. This along with his jovial personality allowed our team work smoothly and arrive to well thought-out technical decisions. Carlos was quick to advocate for our team on personal and professional matters, building a trust amongst his colleagues throughout the company. In situations where teams had gotten into the rut of under-performing or engaging in taciturn correspondence, Carlos stepped up to the plate, proposing and executing more efficient methods of workflow and communication. Carlos is never afraid to break any barriers but is always kind and respectful in the way he executes these changes. I can only aspire to be as good of a leader as him in the future.
