Over the time I've worked for TOYOTA, I've had the opportunity of not only coordinating locally all media and advertising national strategies, but to create our local ones from scratch. My first project, and the only ongoing one, is the revival and enhancement of the corporate identity and branding of the dealerships I manage. Today, I can be proud we have one of the best there is nationwide, from our website to our unique sales booklet. From that point on, I've had the opportunity to create massive campaigns, from customer loyalty and service indexes to monthly sales promotion. I also get to work the customer service indexes and generating the continuous improvement that we stride to have every day. The great thing about working in this dealership group is that all departments have worked in synergy to finally obtain great national scorecard scores. Also, one of the perks of my job is that I also get to sell the vehicles I work to market. This way I get to live the customer relationship day to day. This also helps me because I'm in a continuous learning process so I can generate the ideas for future tasks. Show less
