I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with Carlos over the past several years on significant transformational Workday projects. As part of the Core team, we worked closely to ensure that all tasks were completed on time with the importance on maintaining integrity in the process. We worked on the configuration design, developed processes, tested and implemented WD Time Tracking/Absence Management. He has a great capacity to look at the big picture and not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work through the challenges, work the details to get the best business process possible. Carlos’s ability to articulate the technical aspects of Workday allowed non-WD users to understand the issues and partner with all to problem solve. Carlos is a wonderful work partner, a pleasure to work with, he is reliable and forward thinking . His hands on approach was helpful in our challenging environment.
