I had the pleasure of working with Carlos during his time as an i.c.stars intern, as a Red Arrow intern and as a Developer with Dohmen and I can truly say he is one of the most happy, positive and hardest workers I have ever worked with. Not only does Carlos do everything that is asked of him with a huge smile on his face, he also goes above and beyond to learn everything and anything he can from the work he is doing, something that not a lot of people would put in the effort for. His drive to learn and his work ethic made him a shining star in the time I worked with him. While at Red Arrow & Dohmen Carlos was asked to help with the development of a social application. With really no-one available to help guide and mentor him, he was let to his own devices to get the job done. He had to work to troubleshoot on his own, research and try new things and ultimately figure it out for himself how best to accomplish the goal. Through all this, he was able to produce amazing work and never stopped smiling and being positive about the experience. Carlos has left a lasting impression on me and I can’t wait to see where he ends up next and how far he goes with his career.
