The Church Army

  As the Executive Director (Captain) of The Church Army, I developed and ran 15 social service programs focused on identifying and addressing problems such as unemployment, homelessness, addiction, chronic illness, and more in three South Louisiana communities. I took an entrepreneurial approach to solving these problems, worked with corporate leaders and government entities to gain buy-in from individual and corporate donors, politicians and non-profit foundations, to provide long-term funding for many of the programs.
