At the time we worked together, he was able to teach to his team important skills that a product manager should have, which entails: 1) understand the client's needs to deliver effective solutions; 2) identify opportunities for product improvements; 3) be a source of technical product expertise for the internal sales team; and 4) be able to multi-task.
