I worked with Carlos on a collaboration between Transconsult and Gehl to provide recommendations for a new mass transit system in Cochabamba, Bolivia. During the course of the project Carlos was a complete pleasure to work with - competent and knowledgeable in urban planning and architecture, urban design and the public realm, writing, graphics, community engagement in the field, and above all a kind, fun, and sincere person to collaborate with.
