      En 2019, Patricia y yo comenzamos en el mundo del emprendimiento con este sencillo e-commerce de adornos navideños que buscaba expandirse a otro tipo de servicios.Desde entonces hemos diseñado y producido productos que pueden interactuar con la vida de nuestros clientes. Libros de comunión, cruz para colegios, encargos para parroquias, son algunos de los proyectos de nuestro portafolio.Este es un pasatiempo en el que se trabajó durante temporadas. En los meses que más vendimos, en diciembre y mayo, dediqué tiempo a ver qué proveedores conseguir, cómo fabricar nuestros productos rápidamente, ser eficientes en el envío de pedidos, cuidar la atención al cliente.A lo largo de estos dos años, sobre todo, he aprendido a gestionar el tiempo que dedico a cada producto, a cada cliente, a cada campaña. Además de haber impulsado mi organización, también me ha servido para ser autodidacta y buscarme las castañas para abrir una plataforma de pagos, crear anuncios en Facebook, crear una página web, negociar con proveedores para gestionar inventario, producción, pedidos y ser sacrificado... Bueno, eso, un poco de todo.Esta pequeña plataforma garantiza que el 100% de los beneficios de las compras se destinen a causas sociales. Trabajando principalmente dos meses al año, ya hemos donado más de 5.000€, que no está mal.Tengo claro que Alabamos no es la empresa de mi vida pero me motiva la idea de que otros jóvenes den su tiempo a los demás a través de una empresa que sea sostenible en el tiempo.

      For eight months, I have been promoted hand to hand with the director of the school and the NGO Com_mover this project in Karameno, a small village on the Laikipia plateau, Kenya. We have laid the foundation for the future contribution to the development of St Lasalle Karemeno Boarding School and the village over the next four years.The first phase of this project concluded by providing domestic hot water to the entire boarding school. We made an entirely local installation, sustainable with the environment and at no extra cost to the boarding school.My more specific mission has been to promote the project. Both formally and technically. I listened to the needs of the school and the village and based on that we made a viable plan. I also designed the installation of 86 square meters of solar panels, as well as the panels themselves, the hot water storage tanks and the support structure of the panels on low structural resistance roofs.Now the boys and girls of the boarding school and some families of the village have more than 4700 litres of hot water a day to avoid getting sick with pneumonia or other illnesses due to the cold in the region located between two mountains.Managing the campaign made me realize how generous people are when they are presented with a nearby project with real impact. In the campaign, we raised more than 20,000 euros. This money was spent on the first phase of the project.I have also acquired leadership and planning skills to explain and coordinate teams between fifteen and three people who came to work every day.Faced with the arrival of new problems, I have had to be flexible and seek solutions in an environment with few resources. I had to search for innovative solutions to solve problems. Today, the facility is maintained by Muraya, the local staff and has changed the lives of more than 200 boys and girls.Happy with this achievement, we will continue working to improve the quality of life of these brothers of ours.
