  Engage with and entertain the guests ensuring that they enjoy their time with us by either providing them with drinks, placing their food orders, and ensuring that all tvs are on their assigned sports channels. When bartending I am in charge of preparing and serving drinks to guests and servers. Am responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and are responsible for any cash variances. Maintaining the bar fully stocked, with no product overages or shortages. This is a high-paced environment that requires various hours of being active physically and mentally, as we are remembering orders, drink recipes, keeping customers engaged, as well as being aware of our surroundings.
