Carlos is a true team player who has excellent sales enablement and support skills. In his initial role, supporting the Manager of the global Growth Team, Carlos was pivotal in the team’s success. He mastered the new applications and shared that knowledge with the team, often after hours, to support Europe and Australia. His skills using the new applications, built the team’s databases with the correct target contacts for the campaigns run by marketing and individual team members. I found Carlos an invaluable asset who never refused a request for assistance and who was of great benefit in helping me to build my regional database.

It’s rare that you come across standout talent like Carlos. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Carlos during our time at Saviynt, collaborating on several team projects and reporting to the same director. I was impressed with Carlos’s ability at SFDC, Tech Target, time management and dealing with the toughest accounts. As his colleague, I was always in awe of how Carlos consistently kept everyone on the same page, avoiding any major conflict and enabling us to focus on our deliverables. Carlos would be a true asset for any position and comes with my heartfelt recommendation. Any employee would be lucky to have Carlos!

Identity Automation is a leading provider of Identity and Access Management software. They provide streamlined security, limiting risk from data and network breaches, improving organizational agility, and reducing IT costs. As an SDR, I prospected and qualified primarily outbound leads bringing in 8-10 sales accepted leads a month. I also took the lead in bringing Latin American companies through the discovery process. I ran 8 to 12 step cadences, averaging over 200 weekly calls and emails. Because Identity Automation is a rapidly growing scale-up, I had a direct role in helping define messaging, process and cadence. Show less

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is the second largest freight brokerage firm in the nation. TQL connects customers with truckload freight that needs to be moved with quality carriers who have the capacity to move it. As a company that operates 24/7/365, TQL manages work-life balance with sales support teams that assist with accounting, and after hours calls and specific needs. At TQL, I was in charge of negotiating with trucking companies and covering over 4 loads a day, regularly surpassing market rates. I maintained within the top 10 LAEs consistently for dials and call times, averaging 120 a day. Additional duties included tracking freight with daily trucker check-in calls, communicating with clients and problem solving when issues arose like delays and fallouts. Show less

CROSSMARK is a leading sales and marketing services company in the consumer goods and services industry that delivers smarter solutions to clients for faster growth in an ever-changing world. My role at Crossmark was primarily direct marketing. Greeting, preparing food and consumer good demonstrations and pitching to over 300 store visitors a day. My role evolved to periodically training new event specialists at our store and helping open new stores. I worked this part-time position throughout most of my college career. Show less

Sold fine CUTCO cutlery to consumers. I created a network of referrals with the help of friends and family. I would make cold calls in the morning and go on sales calls in the afternoon. Presentations were held in customer's homes which required a lot of trust building in advance. Over the summer I successfully sold over $4500 in fine cutlery and kitchen tools.
