  January 2nd 2020 Tenaris closes acquisition of TMK-IPSCO. Focused on analysis of the loss time due to interruptions though daily data analytics and driven focus groups by equipment and mode of failure. Re-implemented RCA methodology to eliminate long term dalys with the inclusion of operational and maintenance actions and long term engineering solutions. Revised and purged of the CMMS by elimination of non-effective or inapplicable PM orders, as well as tracking and strategic modification of the maintenance calendar time. Re-launched the facility’s PdM program, centralizing contractor management and framework methodology to assign preventive repairs based on findings. Directed the evaluation of the crane maintenance program to reduce interruptions to the operation through data analytics, revision on the inspection and repair program and overall cost reduction by managing contractor bids and expenditures.
