  This job was in a student housing apartments complex where I participated in the daily operations of the property such as sorting our email, contacting new leads, and reaching out to pending applicants to finalize the leasing process. I gave in person and virtual tours to prospective residents, and processed/ generated their leasing files. I have hosted multiple resident events that gives our complex a sense of community, as well as advertised events and promotional events on our social media page. I also coordinated with the general manager to organize and execute the anual turn process, where 200+ bed spaces were cleaned, repaired, and made ready for future residents.   This position was within a student run organization on campus that offered design consulting services. In this organization, I headed the ideation, revision, and finalization of design projects within the organization assigned to my task group. I was in charge of networking with other non-profits and local residents in the San Luis Obispo and Los Angeles Area, to collaboratively develop projects and grow our organizations outreach. I fostered the development of a community Polinatoe Garden in Wilmington California that would serve as an educational tool to the surrounding community about native vegetation. I also assisted in the remodel of an outdoor patio space that would be converted to a hybrid greenhouse living space in the San Luis Obispo area. I facilitated weekly meetings with clients and coworkers to discuss project progression, present probable design options, and finalize project time-line. Show less
