Carlos Galban is a very great person and a great professional. He has been the most influential person in my life at the professional level because I consider him my mentor. Quiet and humble man with great values​​. Masters Food and Beverage Area with ease and is a specialist in managing teams. Also, fluent in Spanish, French, German and English. Has a special feat for figures and has great ability to achieve total resource efficiency, both human and financial. I believe that besides being a great person, he is a great teacher. He left me to implement all my Know-how and has been after me to prevent me wrong. He left me make my own mistakes and helped me to overcome them. Under his wings I learned how beautiful yet hard it is to lead and manage teams in a hotel.
