Cadu sempre foi um colega de trabalho extremamente zeloso e pronto a trocar experiências no intuito de aprimorar o trabalho da equipe como um todo visando a satisfação e o aprendizado do aluno.

I met Carlos Eduardo (Cadu) in 2002, in my capacity as his Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) teacher and he has been my colleague at Cultura Inglesa for several years. Cadu is creative and full of enthusiasm and he is always ready to challenge himself academically, so I sincerely believe he will be an asset to any course he chooses to take and any position he decides to apply for.

As a teacher I was expected to prepare and deliver lessons, be aware of students' needs and develop a straightforward relationship with students and parents. As a Mentor my job was to train new teachers and help experienced ones. Also, be aware of the school pedagogical needs and develop a plan of action to solve any constraint concerning students or teachers' necessities. I returned to Cultura Inglesa in Jan/2012 as a teacher and mentor. Some of my attributions were to prepare and deliver English classes, onboard new teachers to the institution and ensure that the academic department's proposal was fulfilled in an efficient and effective manner. In Dec/2012 I took over the position of Branch Manager again, with the challenge of opening a new school in Barra da Tijuca. In Jun/2016 a new challenge, manage a branch with more than 1400 students, with the goal of inter and intra retention, reduction of clients with outstanding payment, improvement in efficiency, staff training, among other tasks. In 2018 I opened an extensio of this branch within a large school in Jacarepaguá, INSP. With this partnership, I increased the number of students by almost 20%. With the opening of this extension, it provided the launch of the bilingual program into the school's curriculum, which began to be implemented in 2019. Show less
