Chief of project management

I participated in the design consultancy that were carried out in the district of Usme through Contracts 286 FDLU and 277 FDLU. We carried out the designs of 400 road sections with the Usme Local Development Fund (FDLU by his initials in Spanish), which included pedestrian and vehicular sections. Documentary, regulatory, urban planning, administrative, financial and design coordination activities were carried out. In this company I did the execution of the project "Bodega Las Ferias" of the company Q Medical SAS. During this period, as a construction resident, I had the responsibility of carrying out the coordination of the different activities that were carried out on the construction site, personnel management, cost control, purchase programming, programming control, design control and coordination of the same, resolution of technical conflicts and resolution of inconveniences on site. I supported the development of different architectural projects during this period, BIM methodologies began to be implemented within the company and we began to coordinate the designs of the projects that were being executed.
