  Relevant achievements: • I led the Project to create the Volkswagen Bank, being responsible for designing and obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors in Germany, of the organizational structure and functions of the different departments of the bank, to convert a public limited company, not regulated, in a Multiple Banking Institution. This contributed to integrating 100% of employees into the new functions, reducing staff turnover by 30%. • Led the IT team for the selection and integration of a bank deposit software and the corporate ERP (SAP), which allowed obtaining the banking operation license from the SHCP on the first attempt, minimizing implementation costs for one year additional for reprocessing. • I coordinated the integration of the treasury to the Banxico interbank payment system, which reduced the response time to the client from 2 days to 30 minutes, to withdraw money from their investments, having a positive impact on customer satisfaction. • Redesigned the legal structure of bank deposits, releasing the legal obligation to offer a payroll account and a network of ATMs and thereby avoid the related expense, estimated at $ 50 million. • Led the creation of the Fraud Prevention Area, PLD and FT, which was validated by the CNBV. • Led the review of the CNBV, for the validation of the treasury operation through the interbank system, to obtain the unique account number, managing to eliminate the payment of commissions from other banking institutions, generating savings of approximately $ 2 million per year. • I implemented a strategy to minimize the effects of the 2008 global financial crisis on the company, ensuring the availability of resources for the operation of the business and supporting subsidiaries through the parent company. This helped keep the business going, while competitors suspended operations. Show less
