As a Event Support Coordinator it is my responsibility to aid the event lead for The Inception Company's web-conferencing events. This includes actively manning the help desk call line, monitoring and updating the event databases, aiding in onboarding clients, managing event registration, and providing customer based technical assistance on a daily basis. I work on a team of 5-10 people who are all actively communicating and problem solving any issues that a client might come to us with. As the B.C. men’s club water polo head coach, I am required to create season-long game plans, practice plans, and workout plans—all of which must be coordinated and scheduled so that the team peaks at the end of the season. Over the past 4 years of coaching I have lead the team to the National Championship Tournament twice.
