• Public Transportation Directory: Modeled and implemented a randomized algorithm to improve the fare inspection strategies of Santiago’s public transit system. Santiago’s public transit system accounts for over 5 million trips every day with a 30% evasion rate. • Santiago Firefighters: Expanded the use of an effective emergency response system to the third largest firefighting department in Chile.
